1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or purchasing any service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Smart Hostify LTD is primarily a web service provider offering:

• Web Hosting: Provisioning of server space, infrastructure, and digital environments.

• Automation Services: As an additional paid service, we provide custom technical blueprints (Make.com, n8n), AI workflow engineering, and technical implementation support.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration and checkout process.

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Our hosting infrastructure may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Host or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

• Engage in activities that interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our servers.

• Use our automation blueprints for any malicious or unauthorized purposes.

5. Payments and Fulfillment

• Subscriptions: Hosting services are billed on a recurring basis. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

• Automation Delivery: Custom automation blueprints are delivered digitally. Delivery is considered complete once the digital assets (e.g., JSON files) have been transmitted to your provided email or account.

• Third-Party Costs: You are responsible for maintaining your own subscriptions to third-party platforms (Make.com, OpenAI, etc.) required to run our automations.

6. Refund Policy

• Hosting: We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for new hosting subscriptions.

• Automation Services: Due to the digital and custom-engineered nature of automation blueprints and source code, all sales for automation services are final. No refunds will be issued once the digital files have been delivered.

7. Revision Policy for Automation Services

We are committed to delivering high-quality automation logic. For all custom automation services:

• Customers are entitled to up to five (5) revisions within 30 days of the initial delivery to ensure the workflow aligns with the agreed-upon project scope.

• Revisions include minor logic adjustments, field mapping updates, or credential troubleshooting.

• Significant changes to the original project scope may be subject to additional service fees.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Smart Hostify LTD owns the intellectual property rights for the technical logic and custom blueprints provided. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered automations for your own business purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Smart Hostify LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our hosting or automation services, including but not limited to data loss or downtime caused by third-party API changes.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for any significant changes to hosting terms or pricing.
